Celebrating the art of words and cultural connection.
The 3rd edition of the Francophone Poetry Contest is officially launched. Now organized by the Culture Without Borders Foundation and the Gabadito Foundation, this international event invites all French-speaking poets – young and adult – to participate until June 30, 2025.
A Global and Intergenerational Opening
After two successful editions, the contest is taking off with an expanded mission: to give a voice to all lovers of the French language, regardless of age or location.
Many partners in South America, North America, the French overseas territories, and Madagascar are already joining this global poetic wave. Open to children from preschool to high school, as well as adults, the contest welcomes both native French speakers and French learners.
The goal? To highlight the diversity of experiences, imaginations, and voices through poetry.
Simple Participation, Real Recognition
Participation is entirely online:
Youth Submissions (Preschool to High School): Youth Form
Adult Submissions: Adult Form
All styles are welcome, as long as the poem is written in French. Whether you are a solitary dreamer, a curious student, an inspired teacher, or a poet at heart, now is the time to let your words flow.
Prizes to Celebrate Talents
Winners will receive numerous prizes provided by our sponsors, including subscriptions to French magazines, books, educative kits, and other surprises. Beyond the awards, it’s an opportunity to be published, recognized internationally, and to participate in a multicultural online and on site ceremony.
So… grab your pen! And join this collective poetic journey.
