Join us at the UNA-USA Los Angeles Chapter for an inspiring day of dialogue and shared commitment to peace and inclusion.
A Day of Cross-Cultural Dialogue in Los Angeles
On Sunday, April 27, 2025,
Culture Without Border was honored to take part in a meaningful event hosted in partnership with the Los Angeles chapter of the United Nations Association of the USA (UNA-USA), led by Shruthi Mathur.
This warm and inspiring gathering brought together educators, community leaders, and engaged citizens around the core values of the United Nations: peace, inclusion, social justice, and intercultural dialogue. Among the voices that shaped the discussion was Audrey Sebastiao, member of the jury for our Poetry Contest, 5th-grade teacher at LILA, and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Coordinator. Her deep commitment to inclusive education and global citizenship echoed our own mission and created a powerful synergy between our initiatives !
We were also delighted to reconnect with Aurélie Brisac, an active supporter of Culture Without Border, whose presence strengthened the ties between our communities.
At the end of the event, a participation log was shared, offering everyone the opportunity to continue conversations and envision future collaborations. Candid photos and videos captured throughout the day reflect the richness of the moments we shared.
This event marked another step toward our mission: connecting cultures, empowering young voices, and building a future rooted in respect, cooperation, and creativity.
We extend our warmest thanks to all the organizers, speakers, students, and partners, with special appreciation to LILA and Shruthi Mathur.
The future looks bright !
The Culture Without Border Team.
